Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled HR professional to manage our recruitment processes, source and attract top talent, and support our HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong recruitment experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Master's degree in HR or a related field (preferable)
- Certifications:
- Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification
- HR Certification Institute (HRCI) certification
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certification
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Experience in recruitment for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and negotiating
- Skills:
- Excellent English communication and written skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to source candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, referrals)
- Strong screening and shortlisting skills, with ability to assess candidate fit for roles
- Excellent negotiation skills, with ability to close offers and manage candidate expectations
- Ability to manage onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transition for new hires
- Knowledge of exit formalities, including offboarding processes and exit interviews
- Soft Skills:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing recruitment needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges
- Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in recruitment processes
