Job Description

  • Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals & through all possible sites.
  • Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements.
  • Scheduling, Follow-up, and Coordination with candidates to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer.
  • Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop relationships and to understand overall needs and requirements.
  • Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager.
  • Coordination with consultants.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Should have an Experience in Bulk Hiring.
  • Good sourcing & convincing skills are required.
  • Strategic and Process oriented thinking
  • Great communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Relentless learner and the passion to pick up recent technologies
  • Self-motivator and eagerness to bring in new ideas for recruiting.
