Hr Recruiter

Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment or minimum 3 months of Internship in Recruitment. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment in the recruitment firm
• Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent
• Familiarity with job portals, social media, and other recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
