Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and joining of the candidates.
• Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with different Departments to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates and regularly update it.
• Build good relations with candidates providing them with timely updates and feedback.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating with internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree .
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy firm.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects.
