Job Description / Responsibilities - Job Postings on different job portals and social media (LinkedIn, Naukri.com (Resdex), Indeed etc.)
Responsible for End to End recruitment- Good communication skills
Experience in recruitment (Would prefer someonewho has worked in a start-up or an MNC over consultancy)
- Good in excel, report making, & should be tech savy, should have the ability to learn and work on new tools (Would prefer having someone with a technical background)
Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, Job boards (Naukri), LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates have to be 100% hands-on experience.- Demonstrate success in direct sourcing techniques to include cold calling and internet searches have to be 100% hands-on experience.
Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
