Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruiting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT and Non-IT roles
- Solid understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
- Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs and job requirements for IT and Non-IT roles
- Source, screen, and select candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment policies and procedures
