Conduct full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions within the manufacturing sector.- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
Utilize various recruitment methods such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to attract potential candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and presenting job offers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Quess Corp for payroll and related processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Prior experience with Quess Corp or similar payroll services is a plus.- Immediate availability to join the company.
