• Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate leads for potential client companies and job candidates.

Utilize various channels, such as online databases, social media, and networking events, to source leads.

• Email Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting prospective client companies and candidates.

• Create compelling email content to attract and engage potential leads.

Recruitment:

• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to match client company requirements.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their recruitment needs.

• Act as a liaison between clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.

• Incentives and Earnings:

Earn 1,000 per successful candidate placement.

• With 30+ partner companies, the potential to convert at least one candidate per day can result in monthly earnings of 30,00040,000 (incentives)

Additional incentives may be available based on performance and partnerships with government initiatives.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR recruitment, lead generation, and email marketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in using marketing tools and CRM software.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
