- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the company
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates and job openings
- Assist in managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment strategies
