Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and databases.

2. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in arranging interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

3. Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

4. Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job listings on various platforms, ensuring they are optimized for maximum visibility.

5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, sending correspondence, and managing recruitment documentation.

6. Candidate Follow-Up: Communicate with candidates to provide feedback and updates on their application status.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process and contribute to various HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the recruitment process.

- Detail-oriented and organized.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
