Position: HR Recruiter/ HR Head
Experience: Minimum 8 Months to 5 Years
Location: Bangalore (Indiranagar) WFO
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end for both IT and Non-IT.
Should have good technical knowledge.
Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing
Candidates for assigned requisitions.
Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.
Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other
Open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets.
Excellent sourcing skills.
Qualifications
Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
Hiring and Recruiting experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of HR processes and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
