Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (job boards, social
  • media, employee referrals)
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct initial phone screens to qualify candidates
  • Assist in updating and maintaining applicant tracking systems
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
  • Support with various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Communicate with potential candidates through emails, phone calls, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Help develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Provide support during onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing virtual recruitment events or career fairs.

Must Haves:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sourcing resumes from the job portals
  • Should be able to work individually and as a part of team
  • Ability to work remotely full-time.
  • Laptop and phone are mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for learning and growing in the recruitment field

Pay: 9,634.07 - 32,901.50 per month
