Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (job boards, social
- media, employee referrals)
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial phone screens to qualify candidates
- Assist in updating and maintaining applicant tracking systems
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Support with various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Communicate with potential candidates through emails, phone calls, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Help develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Provide support during onboarding processes for new hires.
- Assist in organizing virtual recruitment events or career fairs.

- Laptop and phone are mandatory.

Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for learning and growing in the recruitment field
