As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent for our civil and construction projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company attracts, selects, and retains the best-fit candidates who align with our organizational values and goals.
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates for open positions.
Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and collecting feedback.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Postings: Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.
Employer Branding: Promote G Skyeagle Infra's employer brand to attract high-calibre candidates and maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and ensure efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter in the civil and construction industries or a similar field.
Recruitment Skills: Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Result-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and achieve desired outcomes.
