As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are looking for someone with less than 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
• Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate's qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office and other recruitment tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, and networking
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and fit with the company
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Facilitate the hiring process by preparing job descriptions, offer letters, and employment contracts
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
