HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., socialplatforms and professional networks)
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills,soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Experience: 6 months - 1 yr
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: Up to 20K CTC.
