We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in the NBFC sector to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the financial services industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the NBFC market, its regulatory landscape, and the specific skill sets needed for various roles within the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the NBFC sector.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the NBFC sector.
- Identify and leverage industry-specific recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the talent acquisition process.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with HR team members and other departments to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a focus on the NBFC sector or related financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent management, and industry-specific requirements.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
