Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in the NBFC sector to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the financial services industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the NBFC market, its regulatory landscape, and the specific skill sets needed for various roles within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the NBFC sector.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the NBFC sector.
  • Identify and leverage industry-specific recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the talent acquisition process.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with HR team members and other departments to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a focus on the NBFC sector or related financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent management, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
