Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter specializing in the Food & Beverage industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements within the F&B sector and will be responsible for payroll, sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B industry.

Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to attract qualified candidates.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust recruitment strategies as needed.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, external recruitment agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Assist with other HR functions as needed, including onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on the Food & Beverage industry preferred.

• Strong understanding of F&B industry trends, roles, and job market dynamics.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
