Hr Recruiter

Job Summary:The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and make hiring recommendations.

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.

Must have experience bulk hiring.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.

Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skill.
