Experience: Fresher or upto 2 yrs of relevant experience in recruitment

IMPORTANT - Freshers with knowledge in Recruitment and passion for a career in Recruitment or experienced Recruiter with experience in recruiting for BFSI (bulk hiring) or IT (emerging technology) are eligible.

• Passion for Recruitment
• Good communication skills in English and regional languages
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Self motivated and Target Oriented
• Should have recruitment knowledge / experience in BFSI (bulk hiring) or IT (emerging technology)
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques
• Good with computers and internet (social media, search etc)

Salary:

For freshers - for first 3 months, salary will be 10-12K per month + Incentives. Salary will be hikes after 3 months, based on performance.

For experienced - As per your knowledge, skills and potential
