Experience: Fresher or upto 2 yrs of relevant experience in recruitment
IMPORTANT - Freshers with knowledge in Recruitment and passion for a career in Recruitment or experienced Recruiter with experience in recruiting for BFSI (bulk hiring) or IT (emerging technology) are eligible.
Passion for Recruitment
Good communication skills in English and regional languages
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Self motivated and Target Oriented
Should have recruitment knowledge / experience in BFSI (bulk hiring) or IT (emerging technology)
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques
Good with computers and internet (social media, search etc)
Salary:
For freshers for first 3 months, salary will be 10-12K per month + Incentives. Salary will be hikes after 3 months, based on performance.
