This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at Doyenhub Software Solutions in Surat. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. They will also be involved in conducting interviews, assisting with onboarding processes, and providing support in HR initiatives and projects.

• Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications in HR or Recruitment Management are a plus
