Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and offer management abilities
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively
- Experience in data management and reporting
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, job portals)
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Create and update job descriptions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple job positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Negotiate salary and contractual terms with candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activity
- Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and best practices
