HR RECRUITER (Debt recovery Agent(DRA) hiring Specialist)

Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with specific expertise in Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) hiring in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified DRA candidates to meet the needs of our clients in the debt recovery industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified DRA candidates
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates skills and qualifications
• Facilitate the hiring process, including negotiating offers and coordinating background checks and other pre-employment screenings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in HR recruitment, with specific expertise in DRA hiring in India
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to hiring and employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use various recruitment tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
