We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Recruiter to join our HR team. 3. Candidate Screening & Selection

• Objective: Conduct thorough screening and ensure only top candidates are shortlisted.
• Key Result: Maintain a high-quality candidate selection process.

4. Interview Coordination

• Objective: Ensure smooth coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Key Result: Timely scheduling and proper interview logistics.

5. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding

• Objective: Extend offers and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Key Result: Successful offer extension and timely onboarding of new hires.

6. Recruitment Compliance

• Objective: Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational standards.
• Key Result: Maintain proper documentation and adherence to recruitment policies.
