We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Goregaon, Mumbai. This role will primarily focus on recruitment activities while also contributing to HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and demonstrate versatility in handling HR administrative tasks.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Recruitment (60%):*

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.

- Manage job postings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment requirements.

- Conduct reference checks and employment verifications as part of the candidate assessment process.

- *HR Operations (40%):*

- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.

- Handle employee onboarding and orientation activities.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

- Support in payroll processing and leave management as needed.

- Assist with HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
