Job Description

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  2. Create compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  6. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in our applicant tracking system.
  7. Provide feedback to candidates post-interview and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
  9. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
