Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in the Indian job market to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and should be able to identify and attract top talent. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to hiring and onboarding successful candidates. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Conducting reference and background checks on potential candidates
  • Making job offers to successful candidates and managing the onboarding process
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)




  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
