HR Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at Bellator Group. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. The day-to-day tasks include posting job ads, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
• Ability to source candidates through various channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification is a plus
