Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at Aspire Globus in Quark City, Mohali, Punjab.
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the entire recruitment process.
They will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Preferred
- Strong experience hiring freight brokers.

- Daytime, Monday through Friday.
