Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks).
Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback and recommendations.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Employer Branding: Promote Acmedian's employer brand through various channels and ensure all communications reflect the company culture and values.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and regulations.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to the HR Manager.
Qualifications
Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
