We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Cum Placement Officer to join our team at WHYTAP. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment and placement coordination. This role is perfect for individuals starting their career in HR, as it provides hands-on experience in the recruitment process and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for various roles.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Placement Coordination:

Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations for potential job placements.

Assist students and graduates with job matching based on skill sets and career goals.

Provide support and guidance for candidates throughout the placement process.

Onboarding and Documentation:

Assist in the onboarding process for selected candidates.

Ensure all necessary documents are collected and filed as per company policies.

Communication and Follow-Up:

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates for job updates and feedback.

Effectively communicate role expectations, company culture, and benefits to prospective candidates.

Requirements

Experience: 0-6 months in HR or a related field

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
