HR & Recruitement Intern

Overview:
We are looking for an intern to join our HR and Recruitment department for a 3-month internship. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, coordination, and database management while working part-time from our Ghatkopar office.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college program (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields)
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to commit to 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday
• Must have their own laptop
• Flexible to choose any 5 hours/day between 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems using Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Filter and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria and qualifications

Job Details:

• Job Location: Shreyas, Ghatkopar West
• Internship Duration: 3 months
• Pay: 10,000/month
