HR Recruiter Responsibilities: Sourcing through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Screening resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and experience.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates suitability for the position.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs.
Keep candidates informed of their application status and provide feedback as appropriate.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
