Your role and responsibilities
The HR Program Partner delivers and implements Division HR Programs/projects in alignment with division People Priorities initiatives and direction. This position supports division HR in driving, facilitating, and administrating people priority initiatives which includes division talent and learning programs/solutions, employee engagement, culture and capability building, people analytics, HR operations/administrations, and employee wellbeing programs. The HR Program Partner will deliver with good understanding of the business and people needs, and making connections with the delivery of those programs to ensure best-in-class employee experiences.

The role is contributing to the Motion / IEC LV Motors division globally.
The ideal candidate is based in Asia (Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, China, India, etc.)
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Learning and Development Program/solution: Deliver, facilitate, and administer comprehensive learning and development programs. Maintain and enhance the divisional learning portal and talent development tools.
- Cultural and Capability Building: Drive cultural and capability-building initiatives. Engage employees and managers to foster a continuous learning culture and support local HRBPs.
- Talent and Development Needs: Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and address talent and development needs. Recommend and implement innovative programs and solutions.
- Operational and Strategic Support: Provide HR operations support, career counseling, and change management. Collaborate on people analytics, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Qualifications For The Role
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an HR business partnering function with the main focus on Learning & Development or Talent Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- Experience with managing and influencing stakeholders in a large global matrix organization.
- Solid understanding of both local and global priorities.
- Good understanding of Workday system and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Fluent English language skills.
