Job Description

Thomson Reuters is excited to welcome an HR Product delivery manager to our team. You will manage project delivery and key initiatives on the HR technology roadmap while mitigating impact to budget and timelines. You will manage progress reports, risk assessments, and budget tracking. You will need to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior management, sponsors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and recommendations.

About the Role

In this opportunity as an HR Product delivery manager, you will:

Report to HR Product Lead, supports projects, products, services, and technologies within portfolio.

Manages the delivery of projects and initiatives for HR Product Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

Monitor and report on project status, risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as needed

Manage project budget, scope, schedule, and quality, and ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.

Supports HR functions, in particular, HR Digital and Communications to manage product roadmap and deliver services.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful HR technology solutions and deliver seamless product development and release.

Manage product lifecycle with focus on systems integrated with Workday, from market research and competitor analysis to roadmap development and product launch.

Track operational metrics, integrating TR standards, technologies, and looks for opportunities for automation.

About you

You're a fit for the role of HR Product Delivery manager if your background includes:

5 years or more of delivery management experience, with a substantial focus on HR technologies/systems.

An engineering degree, computer science, or equivalent from a reputable institution; advanced professional credentials are a plus.

Experience in managing complex IT projects involving multiple teams, vendors, and technologies.

Proven track record in leading global, multidisciplinary projects and managing large-scale, complex applications.

Stellar communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and motivate cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.

Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an asset.
