What Youll Do:

- Lead and refine our performance review process across departments
- Help managers set clear, measurable goals and give awesome feedback
- Spot training needs and help teams grow
- Track performance data and provide smart, actionable insights
- Keep our managers equipped to tackle performance issues with improvement plans
- Present key performance trends and reports to leadership
What Youll Need:
- 3-4 years in HR or performance management
- A strong understanding of performance tools and systems
- Great communication and analytical skills
- The ability to handle confidential info with care
- Proficiency in HR software & Microsoft Office
