HR People Partner

The role holder will be performing the People Partner responsibilities for a business unit. This role involves engaging with associates through the life cycle of the associate from joining to exit.

• Associate onboarding and Induction
• Implementation of Talent Programs like Performance Management , Top Talent Program, Succession Planning, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Satisfaction Survey.
• Implement Compensation, benefits and policy administration, rewards and recognition initiatives.
• Implement Associate engagement framework.
• Associate retention.
• Associate communication.
• Implement Learning and development initiatives.
