Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Payroll manage all payroll processing duties, coordinate payroll activities, and supervise payroll staff.

  • Team handling size 5-6 members.

  • Overseeing and reviewing payroll payments and account reconciliations.

  • Ensuring records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.

  • Coordinating with HR and accounting to verify employee data and accounts.

  • Maintaining accurate account balances and detailed records for auditing.

  • Monitoring payroll team performance and training new staff.

  • Managing and resolving any issues related to payroll.

  • Preparing reports and financial statements.

  • Check payroll variances with satisfactory comments and verify that payroll calculations are correct.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory laws and payroll tax requirements at various payroll locations.

  • Resolve payroll process related issues and problems.

  • Review, check and sign payroll reconciliations related general ledger accounts.

  • Ensure the maintenance of staff payroll records and documents.

  • Experience on preparation of Salary/Over Time in software is preferable.

  • Enter new employees data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.

  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.

  • Schedule bank payments or hand out pay checks directly to employees & Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper).

  • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.

  • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Should have good working knowledge in Excel.
  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field

  • Experience: Minimum 3 YEARS Of experience in similar role.

Time-management skills, Solid verbal and written communication skills, and Reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
