We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage and execute payroll processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing within an Indian company and a thorough understanding of statutory compliances, payroll software, and employee benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, payroll calculations, and disbursement of salaries.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, such as EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax (TDS), and other applicable laws.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll, such as attendance, leave balances, and deductions.
- Salary Revisions and Arrears: Process salary revisions, bonuses, arrears, and other payroll-related adjustments.
- Reporting: Generate payroll reports for management, including salary registers, tax deductions, and reconciliation reports.
- Payroll Queries: Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Coordination: Work closely with the finance department for payroll funding and bank disbursements.
- Audit Support: Prepare and provide necessary payroll data for internal and external audits.
- Software Management: Utilize payroll software for processing and ensure data accuracy in the system.
Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR payroll processing within an Indian company.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian payroll processes, tax laws, and statutory compliances (EPF, ESI, PT, TDS).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle employee queries and coordinate with various departments.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve payroll-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling payroll for large employee bases (500+ employees).
- Familiarity with payroll-related software implementation or upgrades.
- Certification in Payroll Management or HR Operations.
