Description
We are seeking a HR payroll executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and tax laws in India.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax laws in India.
- Maintain accurate records of employee payroll data.
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Generate payroll reports for management as needed.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure employee data is up-to-date.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing in India.
- Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
