Employee Queries handling

Guiding employees for Aadhaar seeding and JD filing

ESIC and PF transactions and reply to mails and provide required documents to employee on time

E- nomination drive for the region and guidance

To assist in clear documentation for death claim and any benefit claims related to PF and ESIC

KYC approvals/ Online claims and transfer tracker with help of BOT

Employee data base updation in PF and ESIC portal both addition and deletion

Sharing of Daily Tracker

Perform any other activities assigned by payroll compliance team-Chennai

Technical Requirements:

Computer Basic, Good in MS Office.

Expertise in Provident Fund and Employees State Insurance compliance

Good knowledge in PAN India Professional Tax and Labour welfare Fund Act compliance

Compliance Audit Skills.

Coordinating Skills.
