Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Recruitment Operations team, overseeing the daily HR operational activities and managing various aspects of recruitment operation and identify opportunities to drive the efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting contractual paperwork for Recruiters.
- Coordinating with Operations Team to track & prompt follow up of return of various non-contractual documents required from offered candidates (e.g. right to work checks, saving references to file, return of signed pension and other non-contractual forms).
- Creating, updating, and managing employee folders on SharePoint.
- Monitoring & managing EMEA Recruitment Ops mailbox and actioning emails as required.
- Actively managing Workday action items & administrative tasks action.
- Complete employee & Workday requisition audit for the Onboarding team.
- Prepare hiring checklist and other documentation for new joiner.
- Managing Ad hoc Workday update requests, i.e. update req target hire date, upload offer proposal to requisition.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Operations and Recruiters teams to ensure accurate tracking and updates regarding start dates and other relevant information.
- Preparing updated statement of particulars documents for candidates.
Skills And Experience
- 1-4 years experience managing HR recruitment & operation activities.
- Knowledge of Workday, SharePoint (Preferred)
- Excellent excel skills.
- Proactive, problem-solver as well as taking ownership of initiatives.
