HR Operations Specialist, you will provide a range of services in support of the global HR Operations team and impact lives at a global level. This role will provide exceptional customer service support and will be responsible for first-line HR inquiries.
How are you creating an impact
This position will serve as a resource to assist key HR stakeholders in areas of HR policy, payroll, benefits, HR technology, and other HR matters that occur throughout the employment life cycle. In addition, this role will provide transactional support for HR compliance and global programs.
A typical day might include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR related questions by responding to ServiceNow cases related to a variety of common HR processes, such as payroll, benefits, onboarding, HR transactions, etc.
- Maintain service level agreements and escalate or transition requests as needed to proper channels, while ensuring exceptional customer service
- Partner with HR Ops team on global mobility and immigration program with outside legal counsel and immigration vendors to ensure compliance with all regulations and ensuring proper reporting
- Administer various HR Programs such as tuition reimbursement, employee recognition, and service anniversary recognition
- Support onboarding and offboarding program, including maintaining employee files and generating exit survey results
- Support the Employee Relations & Compliance team in administering programs to ensure compliance with government requirements. Activities may include processing reports for various compliance activities and the development of severance packets, calculations, payroll ticketing, and communication support for assigned regions
We are looking for someone:
- Prior experience in HR operations
- Clear understanding of employment and labor laws
- Proven experience with HR module of ServiceNow
- Strong verbal and written communication and issue resolution skills
