Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous
Recruiting Specialist who will sit in our Business Management team located in Hyderabad/ Bengaluru. He/She will play a crucial role in assisting the People Solutions team to fulfill talent sourcing/recruitment initiatives.
German Language speaking is mandatory
Location-Hyderabad/Bangalore
Shift Timings- 2PM-11PM

This is an exciting role and would entail you to:
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- The focus of this role is to brief with recruiting team on open vacancies.
- Primarily LinkedIn use: active sourcing, searching for media profiles on social networks, writing and answering messages.
- Posting and updating jobs on LinkedIn
- It will also provide project coordination and administrative support for the entire People Solutions team.
- Working with project folders in LinkedIn: creating/developing candidate pool by (media)profiles and levels.
- You will be joining a team that knows how to deliver results. You'll learn the art of recruiting from professionals that you'll enjoy spending your days with
Leadership

Global Business Leaders, Talent Leads, Senior HR Leaders across various geographies and India Leadership
Qualifications
This may be the right role for your if you have
- 7+ years of Human Resource and Recruitmentexperience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and resourceful under pressure.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office andAdobe.
- Working with project folders in LinkedIn: creating/developing candidate pool by (media)profiles and levels.
- German Language proficiency level C1/ C2
- Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or in related field knowledge and ability.
- Current subject matter expertise in recruiting; strong understanding of strategic staffing planning, some development, diversity, tracking, and measurement systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills..
- Strong analytical skills
- Creative approach to problem-solving and marketing Client's opportunities and value proposition.
- Working knowledge of compliance regulations with the ability to apply company policies and procedures appropriately
