Manage the entire Employee Life Cycle for Area India employees in close collaboration with the HR Manager
Manage interface to an external vendor from a payroll point of view, resulting in correct settlement for our employees
Ensure accuracy of time-tracking in our time and absence system
Identifying improvement opportunities and taking charge of process improvement projects
Communicating information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption
Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and providing reports where required Support onboarding / offboarding events.
Cover local administration such as references, confirmations, training documentation, work permits, contract extension
Support on execution of the HR processes.
Making local standard operating procedures for all HR process in line with globally defined policy.
Monitors HR data quality and integrity (GDPR) in the Business and ensure appropriate governance
Ensure alignment with overall HR Model across the business to agreed standards and targets.
Strategic Collaboration:
Establish effective communication channels with HR Operations colleagues in other countries, HR Managers, Employees of Area India to understand Business needs and priorities.
Demonstrate actions in line with Organization s core Values
Play a part in further optimization of the HR footprint in our newly created set-up
Your background
Bachelor s degree in a business discipline and master s in human resources (HR) management
Professional background in HR with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role in HR, ideally in a global environment
Good level of knowledge in Indian rules and regulations in HR disciplines (e.g. employment law, social security, benefits management etc.)
Connected thinking, strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a methodical and result-oriented approach
Structured and efficient way of working and ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Experience and good level of knowledge in Workday and/or another HR Master system is a strong plus
Proficiency in usage of all kinds of MS Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams, OneNote, etc.)
Good command of English is required to ensure collaboration with your colleagues all over the world.
Ability to identify and resolve process challenges efficiently.
Strong teamwork, collaboration skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
