Job Description

1. Handle daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

2. Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle of the organization, supporting employee relations and addressing employee concerns.

3. Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll runs, and address payroll-related queries from employees.

4. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing advanced functions to generate reports and dashboards supporting HR decision-making

5. Collaborate across HR functions and departments to ensure smooth operations and support overarching business objectives.

6. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including maintaining updated knowledge of changes in employment law.
