Job Description

  • Assist in pre- and post-onboarding processes, including background verification (BGV).
  • Conduct thorough reviews of pre-offer stage documents and identify any discrepancies.
  • Verify employee attendance and validate time-offs monthly before payroll processing.
  • Manage communications related to employee onboarding
  • Maintain and update ID card data
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews for non-technical positions
  • Ensure the accuracy of data in the HR portal, excluding payroll information.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
  • Generate reports on HR-related processes as required.
  • Assist the HR team in organizing internal meetings and activities.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
you'll Have:
  • Graduation or Masters degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Duration:
  • 3 months with the possibility of a permanent position (PPO) depending on performance and business needs.
