We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to join our team, a leading abroad consultancy firm. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing the employee life cycle, ensuring a productive and positive work environment, and aligning HR strategies with the company's goals.
Recruitment and Staffing:
o Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings to on boarding new
employees.
o Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
for various roles within the consultancy, particularly in counselling and sales.
Employee Relations:
o Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive and
inclusive work environment.
o Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective
manner.
Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
o Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to ensure that staff are up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Performance Management:
o Implement and manage performance review processes to ensure clear
expectations and consistent feedback.
o Develop performance improvement plans and monitor employee progress.
Compensation and Benefits:
o Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and incentive programs.
o Ensure that compensation packages are competitive and align with the
company's budget and policies.
Compliance and Policy Development:
o Ensure that the company is in compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry
standards and legal requirements.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
o Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive company culture.
o Develop strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
HR Data and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
o Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as hiring trends, employee
turnover, and training effectiveness.
Strategic HR Planning:
o Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with the
company's overall goals.
o Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to decision-making
processes.
Hiring Targets:
o Achieve a monthly/quarterly hiring target of new hires, ensuring that all roles
are filled within the required time frame.
