Employment Type:Contract (3 to 6 months) with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance

Location: [Mahape, Navi Mumbai]

Experience:Freshers (0-2Yrs)

Qualification:Any Graduate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in HR. The initial employment will be on a contractual basis for 3 to 6 months, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including documentation, employee data management, and HR compliance.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of employees, including personal files and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders for various HR-related tasks.
  • Help in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee data and adhere to data protection regulations.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
