Key Responsibilities: Be the SPOC for all Employee Relations matters. That includes, all Grievances, Redressal, Warning, Advisory & other letter issuance in collaboration with Head Office LCM team.
Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Partnering with both senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs.
Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Qualification & Skill Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience & hunger for growth personally & professionally.
MBA in HR preferred, learning agility a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic & Tactical thinking and execution.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Budget-management skills and proficiency.
